Should we still accept that ‘code is law’ in blockchain?

In the blockchain world, the word “immutable” is seen as a guarantee that once a crypto transaction is recorded, it cannot be reversed. But some members of the community would argue that 100% immutability is overly restrictive.

Should we continue to accept that “code is law”, or should we be asking what happens when the law needs to be changed? We’ll have more on that in this episode.
