I’ve been practicing a lot of what we have been reviewing over the last couple of weeks. This week will link to what we’ve explored across Energy Leaks, Emotional Vampires, Tesla’s vibration theory, and energetic/spiritual money wisdom. One of the key takeaways from the ‘Energy Leaks’ week was looking at Energy as currency. It said…

“Energy is currency. Spend it with intention, guard it with grace, and don’t give it away to things (or thoughts) that aren’t worthy of your power.”

I want to expand on the idea that we are banks. Time and energy, are the most valuable assets we have. And the wild part is…we don’t actually know how much of either we’re working with. There’s no bank app to give us our balance.

So what happens when you’re spending with no idea of your balance? You risk overdrafting…

We talk about protecting our wealth, but what about protecting our inner wealth our time, energy, peace, and presence?

Energy leaks look like overthinking, poor boundaries, and unresolved emotional attachments habits Patanjali called “vrittis” that spin like whirlpools in the mind, draining life force without us even realizing it.

Emotional vampires drain us just like market volatility.
Remember the week on “Money = Energy”, we discussed the way we emotionally relate to money. And how it can mirror how we treat our personal power. If we hoard, overspend, or give freely without purpose, we’re mismanaging our entire flow.

Let’s start reviewing our transactions, and auditing our time and energy like we would our finances.

Ask ourselves:
– Where is my energy going, and is it giving me a return on investment?
– Who am I giving time to, and are they paying me back in peace, joy, growth, or purpose?
– What habits are charging me a hidden fee?

Just like crypto taught us: protect your wallet, guard your key. Your frequency is your wallet, and your focus is the key. So spend wisely, fam. You don’t owe anyone your power. But you do owe yourself a life aligned with purpose.

Let’s reflect and reset our balance sheet.
