Dogecoin and XRP leap, Bitcoin tops $64,000

Dogecoin has climbed 61% in value in 24 hours, the biggest rise in the crypto world.

At the time of writing (7am), DOGE was worth 12 cents, up more than 80% from a week ago.

Another mover was Ripple’s XRP coin, up 30% in the 24-hour period and 87% on a week ago as it reaches $1.90.

Bitcoin (BTC) is now worth $64,105, up 5.8% in 24 hours and up 11.8% on a week ago.

Ethereum (ETH) is valued at $2,363, up 9.2% (24 hours) and 13.8% (7 days).
