🧵 Week Thread: Living in 3D, 4D, 5D (and what shifting really looks like)
Day 1 — The “Cosmic House” + Video Reference
Rise & Grind 👑 🙌🏾
We can all agree we are Beings living together on this 3rd rock from the Sun. Now rather your going thru this experience as a Human Being or a Spiritual Being…only you can say.
However, no matter which energy we’re in at times it feels like most days we’re stuck living in the basement of a multi-story house. Surrounded by problems and forgetting there are “upper floors” of reality available to us. I want to learn how to easily access the higher frequency rooms.
I found a video that inspired this week’s discussion. It basically calls this the shift from the 3D basement into the 5D penthouse of Divine Consciousness.
The video breakdown consciousness as:
– 3D: The Physical World (five senses). This is the realm of effects.
– 4D: Imagination/Assumption. This is the realm of causation.
– 5D: “I AM” Awareness. This is the realm of pure being.
When life feels loud, what’s my default? Am I reacting (3D), creating (4D), or moving in my Divine ✨(5D)?
This week I want to learn more about each of these dimensions. For today I want to practice Dimensional Awareness, and just check-in with self to ask “What floor am I on right now?”

Day 2 🧵 — 3D Consciousness: When the Outside Becomes the Boss
Rise & Grind 👑 🙌🏾
In 3D energy, we’re not “weak”… we’re just living like the 5 senses are the CEO. The video for this week calls 3D the world of solid objects, linear time, material limits, and the trap is thinking 3D is the only reality.
Here’s how it shows up & why it keeps reality on repeat:
1) We treat what we see as final.
Low account? “I’m behind.”
Body feels off? “I’m broken.”
Someone pulls back? “I’m not chosen.”
3D doesn’t just observe facts… it declares them permanent. And once we call it final, we start moving like it’s forever. Shrinking, bracing, expecting more lack and recreating the same loop. This is how Facts can turn into Fear.
2) We try to fix money/health/love by pushing harder in the physical.
3D says: “Do more. Prove more. Force more.”
So we hustle from fear, chase from emptiness, explain from anxiety. We might be doing a lot, but the energy behind it is panic. And panic action usually creates panic results. Desperate choices, burnout, crumbs, chaos.
3) We let the outside world set the inside mood.
A text shifts the whole day.
A bill steals our breath.
A headline hijacks our nervous system.
In 3D, our peace is weather dependent. And when we’re weather dependent, we’re easy to program.
The 3D pattern:
We treat the outer world like the source…when it’s really the signal.
For today, before we react, ask:
1. Is this an observation… or a conclusion?
2. What am I assuming right now?
3. What would the 4D version of me choose to believe instead?
Intention for today:
“We don’t solve 3D problems with 3D panic. We pause, we breathe, and we choose a higher floor.”
Day 3 /4
Rise & Grind 👑 🙌🏾
Yesterday we exposed the 3D trap, living like the 5 senses are the CEO. Treating the outer world like the source when it’s really the signal.
So today we move upstairs.
In the video, 4D is the realm of imagination, assumption, and mental causation. The “workshop of reality.”
This is where we stop arguing with the screen and start changing what’s behind it. Here’s how 4D energy shows up & why it changes everything:
1) We stop calling the current situation “final.”
4D says: “This is an effect… not my identity.”
So instead of
– Low account? “I’m behind.”
4D becomes: “This is temporary. I’m building.”
– Body feels off? “I’m broken.”
4D becomes: “My body is responding. I’m restoring.”
– Someone pulls back? “I’m not chosen.”
4D becomes: “I’m still worthy. I’m still loved.”
In 4D, we don’t deny facts…we deny their authority.
2) We treat assumptions like seeds, because they are.
3D panics and looks for proof first. 4D chooses the assumption first, then reality catches up.
Because what we repeatedly imagine and emotionally accept becomes a blueprint. And we don’t manifest what we want… we manifest what we believe.
3) We use imagination as a tool, not an escape.
4D isn’t “daydreaming.” It’s rehearsing a new reality until our nervous system stops acting like peace is unfamiliar.
This is how we stop creating from survival mode.
Today is Lent, I’ve never participated before. Still need to learn more, but what I do know is a collective group of beings are giving up something for 40days. Something that no longer serves a purpose on their journey.
So if Lent is about refinement….Today we should “fast” from one thing that keeps us stuck in 3D:
– Fasting from worst-case storytelling
– Fasting from doom scrolling
– Fasting from over-explaining
– Fasting from panic decisions
Not as punishment, as purification. We’re clearing mental clutter so the signal comes through clean. Just give it a shot today, and aim for the 40. If you don’t make it, it’s cool the important part is the intentions and the seeds you planted from starting.
Intention for today is We stop fighting the screen. We change the signal. We choose the assumption that matches our highest self, and we stay loyal to it. 💪🏾💚✨🙏🏾

Good Day 👑 🙌🏾
Yesterday we stepped into 4D the workshop of reality. Where we stop arguing with the screen and start changing the signal.
So today…let’s keep it moving and head upstairs again!
In the video, 5D is the realm of pure being. The “I AM” level. Not imagination as trying… but awareness as remembering. 5D is where we stop asking life to prove us worthy, & we start living like we already are.
Here’s how 5D energy shows up & why it changes everything:
1) We stop chasing and start returning.
– 3D says: “When things change, I’ll be okay.”
– 4D says: “I can imagine a new outcome.”
– 5D says: “I AM okay now.”
Not because everything outside is perfect, but because our being isn’t up for negotiation.
2) We stop identifying with the storm.
In 5D, we still feel emotions, we just don’t live inside them.
We witness the 🌊 without becoming the 🌊.
We can say: “This is happening” without adding: “This is who I am.” That’s the peace shift. Less reaction, more observation. Less panic, more presence.
3) We move from “I will become” to “I AM.”
Instead of:
“I’m trying to be confident.”
5D becomes: “I AM grounded.”
“I hope things work out.”
5D becomes: “I AM guided.”
“I need them to choose me.”
5D becomes: “I AM enough.”
And when we live from “I AM”, our choices get cleaner. Our boundaries get clearer and our energy stops leaking.
Because 5D is devotion to the present moment. It’s sacred discipline to stay anchored when 3D is yelling.
For today, practice the 5D return:
1. Pause.
2. Hand on heart.
3. Breathe slower than your thoughts.
4. Say: “I AM safe to be here.”
5. Then ask: “What would I do next if I trusted life?”
We don’t chase alignment… we return to it. We live from ‘I AM’ and let the 🌍 catch up. 👑💚✨🙏🏾
