During these times we have to look at mediation as a superpower, that helps you feel calm and balanced, no matter what. Think about it, it helps us stay calm, even if something is bothering us. When meditating we practice paying attention, so it helps us become more focused. It makes it easier to find good feelings inside, even when things are tough. It can also help us relax and sleep better. Overall it helps us feel kinder and more patient with others. So it really is our very own superpower that we can use to help navigate this world we currently live in.

So how can we benefit incorporating these superpowers of mindfulness into everyday activities?
