The last few weeks we’ve reviewed the 7 Principles (which is only 7 our of the 12 universal laws) and I wanted to see how meditation can positively influence all that we’ve learned. Ans help reenforce the lessons into our daily lives.

So let’s see how meditation impacts each principle. I see it significantly enhancing the practice of the 7 Hermetic Principles by promoting self-awareness, mental clarity, and inner balance.

1. Principle of Mentalism Benefit – Meditation helps cultivate awareness of thoughts, enabling us to recognize and shift negative thought patterns. This aligns our mental state with positive outcomes.

2. Principle of Correspondence Benefit – Through meditation, we can gain insights into the interconnectedness of our inner and outer worlds. This understanding helps us see how personal changes can influence broader aspects of life.

3. Principle of Vibration Benefit – Regular meditation raises vibrational frequency by fostering positive emotions and reducing stress. This higher vibration attracts more positive experiences into life.

4. Principle of Polarity Benefit – Meditation helps embrace duality and find balance between opposing forces within. It teaches us u to see challenges as opportunities for growth and transformation.

5. Principle of Rhythm Benefit – Meditation enhances our ability to go with the flow of life’s natural rhythms. It helps remain calm during periods of change and understand that tough times will pass.

6. Principle of Cause and Effect Benefit – By promoting mindfulness, meditation helps us become more aware of our actions and their consequences. This awareness allows us to make more conscious choices that lead to positive results.

7. Principle of Gender Benefit – Meditation fosters balance between masculine (active) and feminine (receptive) energies. This inner harmony helps navigate life with a well-rounded approach, enhancing creativity and emotional intelligence.

In essence, meditation serves as a powerful tool to deepen our understanding and application of the Hermetic Principles, promoting a more harmonious and enlightened life.

This week I wanted to go back and review meditation. It comes up very frequently on this path we’ve chosen. All self help books, sessions, and therapy sessions talk about the benefits of mediation. No matter the path of healing taken, meditation is a tool of importance for each of us to have an abundant and prosperous journey. 🙏🏾
