Energy is the life force that flows through all things. It is the source of power and has the ability to do work. Energy exists in many forms, such as kinetic, thermal, electrical, chemical, and nuclear.

Frequency is the rate at which energy vibrates. It is measured in hertz (Hz) and is important because multiple frequencies cannot operate alongside each other without chaos. The frequency of vibration determines the form and properties of the energy.

Vibration is the amplitude, or intensity, of energy.

Some strategies for elevating our vibrational energy:

Gratitude – Expressing gratitude can enhance your psychological well-being, lower stress, and make you more inclined to participate in activities that promote your physical health.

Generosity – Generosity is thought to raise your vibrational energy because it’s considered a pro-social behavior.
