I found a really good YouTube video that inspired a few of the words this week. And I know I resonate more with visuals, so I wanted to share it with y’all. Contrary to what some believe, this isn’t just mumbo jumbo. Having a positive thought process has a positive impact on our lives.

I take pride in my love of science and history, and how I incorporate it in my spiritual journey. Find the things that make you happy and add it to your journey. This is science, there is proof of benefits with having a positive mindset. I’ll also share an article from the Mayo Clinic. Which is is a private medical practice that provides healthcare, research, and education globally.

Remember positive thinking doesn’t mean that you ignore life’s less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. This thought process shift helps with stress management and can even improve our overall health. As well as help us with overcoming negative self-talk.
