True Freedom is in your connection to your higher self…Knowing when to go with the flow and when to stay 10 toes down, gives you the freedom to go in any direction you want without fear. There’s no fear because your anchored by your truth. So no matter which way the wind blows, you aren’t easily swayed. You can’t be influenced by anything your not in tune with. This week I want to strengthen that anchor by reflecting on me, myself, and I.

How has me, myself , and I been defined? We’ve discussed ways they can be defined by external factors or internal factors like EGO, however, only our true selves is real. It’s easier to ignore the external factors, because you can remove yourself from the environment. But internal factors like EGO, can be more challenging. We’ve talked about how identities can be created from/ by EGOs. Unfortunately for EGO, we know EGO is not our true self. We’ve also discussed one place where true self can be found, Samadhi. As well as learning energy anatomy, chakra alignment, to achieve enlightenment.

Recap of ways to connect to high vibrational self:

– 5th Paramitas (Dhyana/Meditation/Wisdom). Think of Meditation as a gateway to self discovery. Meditating helps us find “Samadhi” which is the silence in meditation. It’s between the noises of the past and future. The silence is where we discover One-ness with ourselves and the universe around us. (Connection)

– Crown Chakra Alignment. The crown chakra acts as the individual’s center of enlightenment, wisdom, universal consciousness/connection.

Knowing your worth is one way of strengthening our connection with self. And my intentions this week, is taking a moment to reflect on what does Me, Myself, and I’s worth look like.

We are worthy of a space to heal and grow. These spaces can’t be forced, either there’s a positive vibe or it isn’t. It is what it is. 2024 you reclaiming your time back from those not returning the energy being given. If there is a connection then it comes naturally without being forced, because each party is putting in the work to connect to their Truth. And we are all one.
