We’ve discussed the law of attraction before. Basically thoughts become reality. So how you think, becomes how you feel. How you feel, becomes an emotion. Emotions become a vibration, and vibrations become a magnet attracting the energy of those thoughts to you.
We know from science the body produces the chemical Dopamine. Dopamine is most notably involved in helping us feel pleasure as part of the brain’s reward system. It’s functions are pleasure, satisfaction, and motivation. Dopamine enables neurons in the brain to communicate and control movement. So it helps us get out of bed in the morning. As well as memory, mood, sleep, learning, concentration, and other body functions. So we want to keep these levels high (as well as our vibration), because low levels of dopamines can mean depression.
One coping mechanism for change that we discussed yesterday is finding the positive within that change. Doing so will help us understand why the changes occurring, resulting in the removal of uncertainty. Identifying a positive purpose for the change can assist in increasing our Dopamine levels to motivate us to move with the flow of change that is occuring. Instead of resisting it like we naturally want to do.
Our mind and energy is very powerful. We can use it towards the change occuring in our lives to progress forward towards our hearts true desires.
I’m not saying this is easy by any means, there will be some changes so heavy that it will take time and patience to process it and find anything positive. There have been pivotal changes that have occurred in my life that took decades to find the light, because it was so heavy and dark for me and my family. But now that Ive found light/peace, my journey has become brighter and the weight of the changes bearable. Resulting in me being mentally and emotionally stronger to flow with other changes as they come my way. So adapting to change is only impossible if you don’t try.
Here are some more concepts around the theory of “thoughts can become reality”:
– Law Of Attraction. You may be familiar with this one, especially since the book “The Secret” was published. This theory states that thoughts and energy can attract what we want into our lives.
– Quantum Physics. This theory states that thoughts are the source of reality. Everything we see and experience is a product of thought energy.
– Strong Signals. Thoughts send strong signals to the universe, which create subtle changes that radiate out into our lives.
– Neuroplasticity. The brain reinforces neural connections that coincide with our predominant, habitual thinking.
– Beliefs. If we think our thoughts over and over, and assign truth to them, they become beliefs. Beliefs create a cognitive lens through which we interpret the events of our world. This goes with the saying “When you change your thoughts, the world around you changes”
A lot of the changes we will experience in this world will happen to the collective. You are not alone. But just imagine what could occur if the collective all had a positive mindset to influence the changes that are coming.
