I believe in this path, because of what it has done for me and what I’ve seen it do for others. I know the morning messages may seem repetitive at times, but there is a method to this madness.

1. Repetition helps the brain to understand and remember information. When something is repeated, the brain activates the same neural pathways multiple times, which helps to reinforce the connections between neurons. (This is how things become subconscious)

2. A lot of this information is things that have been practiced for thousands of years, and each generation finds a way to translate and interpret that information for “today’s generation” so it is the same info over and over just relayed differently. That’s that interconnectedness we are always talking about.

So don’t skim past it feeling as though it’s information you’ve already retained. We are reprogramming the way our brain thinks, we are reprogramming our DNA, and reprogramming what society and negative past experiences have taught us takes patience. Be patient with this process, don’t give up. This positive grind is not for the weak or impatient. Keep pushing forward and putting in that work.
