Our goal is to remove those roots, as each root is severed we are able to seek our truth more freely. One way to get to our truth is by finding “Samadhi”. Which is the silence between the noises of the past and future. The silence is where we discover One-ness with ourselves and the universe around us. It’s how we connect.
