I read that Patience is a mix of Persistence, Acceptance, and Calmness. Then I started reflecting on how to create a balance of that mix in my life. Situations and our lives are different, so I feel we have to be mindful of how we can apply/practice Patience in our individual lives.
Things we can do to create & foster patience.
– Practice mindfulness: This can help you be more present, control your breath, and focus on your surroundings.
– Reframe the issue: When you’re in an irritating situation, try to think about why it bothers you.

– Accept what you can’t change.
– Slow down: Slow down and try to have fun.
– Improve your listening skills: Improve your listening skills.
– Getting comfortable feeling uncomfortable
