Your daily routines and habits are ingrained at a subconscious level that you no longer need to focus all your attention on the task at hand. It’s like being on autopilot.

An example would be when getting into your car and going to the same destination over and over again. After a while of driving to your new destination, you eventually get to a point where all you do is get in your car and go from point A to point B. Without ever remembering the details of how you got there. You couldn’t tell how many lights there were, the color of the cars surrounding you the entire way, or any details on your travels. The entire time your mind is on other things. So what does positive statements ingrained at subconscious level look like?

Ive read it takes 21 days for something to resonate at a subconscious level. So imagine creating an affirmation for yourself and repeating it 21 days straight. How will it influence your our actions and feelings? How will it change your mindset and perspective on life in a positive way?

I trick myself into being consistent by setting a daily reminder, so that my affirmation pops up on my phone daily reminding me of the intentions I set for myself.
