The patent supports BIP’s business model, which comprises TruDoss, BIPs’ operational firm, providing the first Virtual Data Room (VDR) linked to blockchain technology.

FREMONT, CA: Blockchain Integrated Partners (BIP) has been granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for its distributed ledger technology, bolstering its efforts to collect and preserve crucial information related to high-value assets. The technology, titled “Systems and Methods for Data Validation and Assurance” (US patent 11,061,886), improves document management and preservation accuracy and efficiency while cutting expenses.

BIP employs blockchain technology to improve transparency and add value to data associated with high-value assets. The company provides a unique digital picture platform for immutable confirmation, protection, and inspection of information.

The patent supports BIP’s business model, which comprises TruDoss, BIPs’ operational firm, providing the first Virtual Data Room (VDR) linked to blockchain technology. VDRs are digital repositories for document collecting, display, and evaluation. Content owners can transfer ownership of chains and generate tradable blocks of information by connecting the VDR to TruDoss’ distributed ledger, which is monitored and updated at threshold intervals.TruDoss is recognized amongEnterprise Security Magazine’sTop 10 Blockchain Solution Companies-2021.

BIP’s Co-Founder Paul Hartzell noted, “VDR’s are a global industry today, serving as a short-term digital platform for due diligence in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other capital-raising transactions. Our patent is the foundation for the most significant enhancement to the evolution of the data room market in years. It will allow VDR customers to preserve their work inside data rooms and keep receiving benefits for years,”

“We are committed to growing our platform and the value it provides by aggressively looking for licensing partnerships to implement this technology,” added Rob Chepak, Co-Founder, BIP.

BIPs provides services in collaboration with TransPerfect, a corporation with a revenue of 852 million dollars. TransPerfect is one of the world’s largest language and technology solutions providers for worldwide business, with offices in over a hundred cities across six continents. “Information should be treated like a natural resource; protected and preserved for future use,” said Phil Shawe, President and CEO, TransPerfect. “TransPerfect’s technology in partnership with TruDoss gives our customers a way to do that, whether in response to economic crisis or a big opportunity.”
