Solana DeGods’ Y00ts NFTs Files For Apparel Trademark

The team behind Solana’s DeGods’ unique collection y00ts NFTs has now filed for trademarks concerning “Apparel” with the USPTO on August 26.

On August 5, the NFT collection applied for a word trademark “Y00TS”. It was related to services and merchandise including: 

• non-downloadable software for digital and virtual currency; 
• providing a virtual marketplace for buyers and sellers of digital goods authenticated by NFTs;
• producing virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality video, among other things.

The current “Y00TS” word trademark is for clothing, sweaters, cardigans, knitwear, and women’s clothing.
