Rise & Grind 👑🙌🏾
One thing we’re paying attention to in this space is Web3 industry lanes. We know not every crypto project is trying to do the same job.
- Some are focused on identity.
- Some are focused on interoperability.
- Some are focused on storage.
- And some are focused on moving money.
ZBCN is a Web3 payroll / payment processing lane I’m 👀
Why?
Multiple reasons, one is ZBCN is still under a penny. Right now it’s around $0.0026, so even if I only throw $20 on it today and walk away, I’m sitting with a 6K token bag. (Not financial advice, just how I see it, DYOR) So the entry price along with all the moves they’re making, makes me feel early in my discovery of what this project could be.
Zebec’s name keeps showing up in the payroll, stablecoins, cards, real-world payment conversations.
So What Is ZEBEC (ZBCN)?
Easiest way to explain it:
- Zebec = the system
- ZBCN = the token tied to the system

What Does The Zebec’s White Paper Say?
Well first, be mindful it’s a “Live” white paper, which means it will continuously change over time as they grow. So currently the White Paper says the project is building around real-world money flows.
Payroll (Real-Time), cards, treasury tools, and payment infrastructure. They have products like Zebec Pay, Zebec Cards, treasury management, and ZePIN. It also has Solana as the core chain, with broader multi-chain support around it.
It has ZBCN as the Zebec’s governance and utility token, tied to staking, rewards, buybacks, and wider ecosystem use, with a 100 billion max supply.
The moves they are publishing on X (twitter) keeps reinforcing the are making serious moves to 👀. Just recently…
- Base adds to the idea that Zebec wants to live where onchain money meets everyday spending. (Image Linked)

- Stellar/MoneyGram adds to the idea that Zebec wants to live where stablecoins meet payroll and remittances. (Image Linked)

Zebec’s own materials says Stellar selected Zebec to bring real-time streaming payroll to Stellar, which Zebec called its first native streaming deployment outside Solana.
And the companies stacked under it matters too.
Zebec’s website says its broader group includes: Payroll Growth Partners, PayBridge, School Payroll Services, and Gatenox.
That school connection is worth noting. This is not about Zebec running school boards. It’s about Zebec being tied to payroll infrastructure that serves schools and educators. Zebec’s company materials say School Payroll Services supports more than 100 schools nationwide (USA), and PayBridge processes more than $300 million annually.
That’s why I keep coming back to the same thesis, ZBCN looks like a Web3 payroll / payment processing play making moves.
So right now, this is not giving…
“Just another coin with a logo.”
It’s giving…
“We’re trying to build the pipes money moves through.”
And in this space (CryptoCulture)…
- We’re not just looking at crypto from a hype angle.
- We’re also trying to look at it from a mindful angle.
That means:
- slow down
- understand the lane
- study the function
- and don’t let noise make every project look the same
So while we practice mindful habits in our daily life, we can bring that same energy into crypto too.
Pause, learn what the project actually does, and watch whether the story matches the build.
What Else Does Zebec Have Going For Them?
I keep seeing “Real-time payment” come up with Zebec. For me real-time payment, in Zebec’s context, means money can move continuously instead of in big delayed chunks.
So instead of waiting for…
- Friday payroll
- End-of-month payouts
- Bank batch processing
…the system is built so funds can be streamed or released as they’re earned.
One way to picture it, if traditional payroll is like filling a bucket once every two weeks, real-time payment is like turning on a faucet and letting the money flow steadily.
In practice, that can mean:
- an employee earning wages throughout the day instead of waiting for payday
- faster remittances or transfers
- automated recurring payouts
- less waiting on slow bank-style settlement cycles
Pause…Mindful Web3 Moment
I want to pause the project review, and be real with you for a moment.
I do feel “Real-time payments” is faster and efficient. However, I want to be honest, I do have some concerns. Not about the project, but long-term how this impacts a collective group of people. Where I’m from, money management is not something you’re taught in school, life lessons is how you become wiser.
When I was younger real-time payments would not have been good for me. The delay in payments made sure I had all my responsibilities covered on the 1st and 15th of each month. I was forced to budget the closer I got to “pay day”. I don’t know if I would have been mature enough to get a payout each day of work. Basically, what I’m saying is you eat/move differently when your bank account has a specific amount.
How will this impact beings with poor money management skills?
I’m not saying I have a solution, this is just food for thought. My hope is the collective is properly prepared for this transition.🙏🏾
With That Said…Back To Business.
Zebec’s white paper describes real-time payroll and streaming payments, and says Zebec Pay is meant to combine payroll, payment streams, and card functionality into one system.
So the high-level idea is:
- Old system: “You worked, now wait.”
- Real-time system: “You worked, your money can start moving now.”
That’s the appeal. Their goal is to make money move more like live data, than like old paperwork.
Listen, none of this makes Zebec a guaranteed project for anything. What it does make, is it easier to see why it’s on the watchlist.
Keep your 👀 on it and doing your own research.
What Else Does Zebec Have Going?
Now, for the ISO20022 crowd…Y’all might want to really take 👀👀.
(Note we’ve been talking about ISO20022 since 2024. If you need more info check out our overview blog: https://cryptoculture.info/2024/10/31/what-is-iso20022/ )
Zebec is not ISO20022 compliant, however it’s name keeps being brought up along with some ISO20022 projects. You will see content creators all over YouTube finding the threads connecting this project to ISO20022 projects. Projects like XRP, XLM, and QNT are easier to place directly in this conversation. Because Ripple, Stellar-related enterprise payment messaging examples, and Quant’s all market around interoperability and ISO-style modernization lanes. And Zebec keeps building next to that modernization lane. Especially through payroll, stablecoins, cards, remittances, and compliance. It makes it a very interesting project for sure.
Some projects sell a dream.
Some projects try to build the rails the dream would actually need.
ZBCN is one I’m watching in the Web3 payroll / payment processing lane.
Infinite Prosperity and Abundance To All On This Path
