This week hasnt been an easy discussion week. The topics are heavy, but I promise we will get thru it to something brighter. Be mindful, in order to find the frequency needed to raise above the BS. A deeper understanding and awareness of what’s disrupting the peace is needed. We have to get to the root, in order to remove it from our harvest.

We’ve been digging deep all week unpacking how racism, bigotry, political chaos, and media distortion aren’t just disrupting our peace… They’re scrambling the frequency of the collective.

So today, I want to talk about something that hits even closer to home for me: poverty and the frequency of survival mode.

Poverty isn’t just about lack of money. It’s a vibrational chokehold that keeps individuals, families, and entire communities stuck in a low-frequency cycle.

Let’s be real:

• When rent is due but groceries need to stretch two more weeks…
• When healthcare feels like a privilege and not a right…
• When every decision is made from lack, not overflow…

That’s energetic distortion in real time. And it’s not just happening to individuals. It’s happening on a collective level, especially in underfunded areas intentionally excluded from access. You know what that is? It’s not just policy., it’s systemic frequency suppression.

Survival mode makes it hard to meditate. Hard to dream. Hard to rest. Hard to heal. And when millions are forced into that vibration every single day, the collective frequency drops.

So how do we respond to that kind of distortion?

I don’t have all the answers. But here’s where I’m starting:

• Awareness — Recognizing that this isn’t about personal failure. It’s about structural design.
• Interrupting the internalized programming — Releasing the shame tied to struggling.
• Rewiring my beliefs around money — Especially those passed down from communities who had to make do with very little.
• Circulating what I have — Even if it’s small. Because scarcity shrinks. Circulation expands.
• Speaking life into abundance — “Money is energy. Wealth is a frequency. And I’m learning how to receive both.”

And this part is key, the economic system may want us to only survive. But our soul came here to thrive.

So today, I honor the exhaustion. I see the struggle. But I don’t let it define my vibration 🦾.

This is our collective reminder…. We can be broke temporarily. We can be tired often. But we are never disconnected from divine worth, from infinite creativity, or from the right to imagine something better.

And that imagination? That hope? That’s the frequency of peace trying to get through.
