Every time we watch truth get twisted and used as a weapon…

That’s not just stressful.
That’s energetic sabotage.

Disinformation and political extremism hijack our nervous systems.
They keep us vibrating in survival mode. Being on edge for extended periods of time can be exhausting, and create division. It pushes us further from the truth, which is WE ARE ONE.

This isn’t about one party vs. another.
This is about how confusion and conflict are used as tools of control. And we’ve all felt it.

Some days I open the news or jump on social media and feel the spin before I even read a word.
It’s like the collective frequency is screaming.

So how do I tune out the noise without tuning out the truth?

Here’s what I’m practicing:

– Discernment over reaction — pausing before responding.

– Curation over consumption — following trusted, balanced sources.

– Stillness before strategy — checking in with my spirit before I act.

– Presence over panic — asking “What energy am I adding to the collective right now?”

Because if I’m not careful, I can feel the chaos becoming part of me.
That’s how the distortion wins.

But I’m learning peace isn’t passive. It’s a conscious stand. Just like we said yesterday, real peace is truth + presence.
 

It doesn’t mean we don’t feel the weight of the world. It means we don’t let it bury us. We are light workers in a world that thrives off distortion.
So today I choose to sharpen my discernment, soften my heart, and stay aligned with the truth that doesn’t need to yell to be heard.

We aren’t just consumers of energy.
We are creators of frequency.
Let’s protect what we broadcast.
