Rise & Grind 👑🙌🏾
“Racism and bigotry don’t just divide us, they distort us. Both lower the frequency of the collective, poisoning peace at its source.”
Let’s keep building on Week 2 of our Theory of Peace series. Yesterday, we discussed some systems were designed to drain us. To rob us of peace, clarity, and community. That’s energy theft, and it’s real.
Today let’s look at racism and bigotry. They are not just “social issues,” but are intentional, vibrational sabotage. Because when you strip away the headlines, the politics, and the spin, what are they really?
– Racism is a systemic suppression of a group based on skin color or ethnicity.
– Bigotry is the energetic rejection of someone based on religion, gender, disability, sexual identity, or anything else that makes them different from the dominant narrative.
These aren’t just attitudes, they are low frequencies of fear. These energies lower the vibration of every space they touch:
Our classrooms
Our communities
Our government
Our relationships
Our connection to source
When Hate Becomes Normalized, Peace Becomes Impossible.
We’re left spinning in survival mode… and survival mode keeps us from thriving.
Bigotry tells us to be smaller. Racism tells us we’re “less than.” Meanwhile both are lies rooted in the fear of shared power, and the fear of our light.
So how do we hold our peace in the presence of that kind of distortion? Here’s what’s helping me:
– Grounding myself in ancestral wisdom and divine identity
– Speaking truth when necessary, but knowing I’m not here to argue my existence. (Living in my authentic truth)
– Choosing joy, kindness, and creativity as radical acts of resistance
Following sources that honor facts and not fear. As well as lived experiences. I’m not going to lie, there are days I want nothing more than to disconnect. But that won’t bring the peace Im thriving for.
I was reflecting on a statement I made yesterday, where I said “Ignorance Is Bliss”. There are momenyt I feel truth in maybe there being peace within not knowing. But everything I’ve been learning on this journey says that’s a lie. It’s not bliss l, it’s avoidance & it’s disassociation.
Real peace, is presence and truth. It’s a frequency that cannot be bullied into silence.
So my intentions going forward is to protect my energy not by ignoring the world, but by refusing to let its low vibrations define mine.
Because we are not just fighting systems as light workers. We are re-tuning the collective, and it starts with choosing to be the light. 💚✨🙏🏾
