So now the question becomes…What are we loyal to?

Are we loyal to panic?
To doom scrolling?
To worst-case thinking?
To needing instant proof?

Or are we loyal to peace?
To presence?
To self-mastery?
To the version of us that can witness the storm without becoming it?

Because war, division, & political chaos will keep trying to recruit our nervous system. But we don’t have to enlist in every battle we see.

We can stay informed without being inflamed.
We can stay compassionate without collapsing.
We can care deeply without becoming chaos carriers.

Before the day fully starts, ask:

1. What floor am I living from today?
2. What am I giving my energy to?
3. Does that choice create peace… or drain it?

Then choose one action that matches the higher floor:

– Breathe before scrolling
– Pray before posting
– Reflect before reacting
– Protect your peace before proving your point

This is how we become light in heavy times.
Not by pretending darkness isn’t here…but by refusing to multiply it.
