Ok let’s dive deeper into Week 2 of finding the frequency of peace. AKA “Theory Of Peace Series”.

Week 1 was the foundation of tuning into peace through mental, heart, and economic alignment. Now that we’ve internally grounded the idea of Peace as a Frequency, let’s reflect on why peace is being disrupted in the external world. As well as how systems, structures, and injustices create energetic imbalances. For me, I need to understand how we can become aware of them without being consumed by them.

This week, I want to focus on how oppression distorts the frequency of peace. It’s sooo much injustice going on in this world, Ive been finding it hard to protect my peace from it. I’m constantly giving it the power to impact my peace.

Poverty, political violence, discrimination, religious hate, and disinformation are not just external issues. They are energetic distortions of peace, breaking harmony in the collective field. I need to reflect on how those distortions affect my individual alignment, and how to protect my frequency without turning away from truth. Because if I’m honest, the easy way is to embrace the theory….Ignorance is bless.

We talked about grounded peace. Now, we are exploring what disrupts it. Sometimes what’s keeping us anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed isn’t just internal, It’s systemic frequency sabotage.

Let’s be crystal clear the dismantling of food programs, housing support, and health care services for lower-income, disabled, and BIPOC communities isn’t just a policy issue. It’s energy theft.

It robs entire communities of rest, safety, joy, and opportunity. And when enough of us are in survival mode, the collective vibration sinks.

So how do we stay informed without being consumed?

I think the 1st step is for us light workers to stay aligned, even as we face the reality being created in the world around us. As well as continue being the light needed to increase the collectives vibration, to keep us afloat.
