I found it very interesting that the sacral chakra was the chakra we learned during the week where a lot of people would be surrounded by people from their childhood. For me it was an emotional time with everyone sharing stories and just being together. It was healing and healthy for all of us, I hope you all had the same experience. 🙏🏾 If not no worries, your here now. Yesterday is now a part of the past. There was something to take from our experiences over the last few days. And now we’ll be learning about the 3rd chakra that will assist us in building up our confidence, understanding our worth, and release whatever we experienced the last few days that don’t serve a purpose on this path we have chosen for ourselves.

The 3rd energy center in our body is the Solar Plexus. It’s called Manipura (“city of jewels”) and is located at the navel center. It’s associated with the fire element. Having a strong inner fire (agni) can help us with our life experiences.

Energetically, Solar Plexus function is to optimize our personal power so that we can navigate our lives with strength and determination. It gives us the confidence we need to process and eliminate what does not serve us, and to let it go.

I personally look at this energy center as freedom, or free flowing. Not holding on to things that causes harm, and allowing the universe to guide us where we are destined to be. AKA “Going with the flow”

So far we have learned about The 1st 3 energy centers. It’s said these are the energy centers most influenced/impacted with the physical world we live in. Root (1) is about being grounded and secure, Sacral (2) is about our emotions, and Solar Plexus (3) is about our confidence in this world, so our self-esteem/respect/image.

With these 3 energy centers open and aligned/balanced you will find yourself secure with where you are in life. You’ll also be able to process your emotions in a healthy way. All while confidently moving forward on your chosen path.
