The purpose of understanding more about these energy centers is to inspire us to understand ourselves on a deeper, more multidimensional level. As you learn more about each center (especially Sacral) it can get emotional. Don’t run from the work & don’t let it consume you. It’s for us to acknowledge and release.

What no longer serves serve a purpose in our life, we take from it the knowledge we gained and leave the rest on the side of the road. That knowledge can be how strong of a fighter we’ve been overcoming those experiences. Or the knowledge is teaching us morally, so we break those cycles.

The goal is always to be stronger tomorrow than we are today, and stronger today than we were yesterday. We can’t control the past and what has already happened. But we can use that experience to grow & create a beautiful present. We know what we don’t want in our space, & we know without a doubt we don’t want any of the past pains experienced to be in our future.

Our thoughts become our reality. So just look at this chakra healing process as a lil spring cleaning. We are removing the baggage that is slowing us down. Sacral chakra’s energetic function is to help us regulate our emotions and desires, so as not to be driven by them. By understand our emotions and desires we can establish much needed boundaries for healthy relationships in our lives.
