Ethereum Tops This Major Level; eCash Becomes Top Gainer

Bitcoin BTC/USD traded higher this morning, with the cryptocurrency prices surging past the key $23,000 level on Thursday.

Ethereum ETH/USD also recorded gains, moving above the key $1,600 mark on Thursday.

eCash XEC/USD was the top gainer over the prior 24 hours, while ImmutableX IMX/USD turned out to be the biggest loser.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap rose to $1.05 trillion, recording a 24-hour gain of 1.9%. BTC was trading higher by 2.1% at $23,121, while ETH rose by around 3.4% to $1,612 on Thursday.
