Australian netball great Nat Medhurst will make her official return to the court in the upcoming Australian Netball Championships to be held in August.
Remarkably, the retired Aussie Diamond has been named for the West Coast Fever – almost four years since her infamous exit from the club.
Medhurst is the biggest name to take part in the 10-club competition, which showcases the best talent outside of Super Netball in Australia.

Super Netball young guns, like Reilley Batcheldor, Ruby Barkmeyer and Sophie Fawns, will take part in the series while former rep players have also been named.
This is the first time since the Covid outbreak began that the competition has run, after the series was abandoned in 2020 and 2021.
Victorian Fury are once again one of the favourites to take out their ninth title since the competition began in 2008.
They are the only side to have won the series more than once – with NSW (formerly known as the Waratahs), SA (the Southern Force), Tasmania (formerly the Magpies) and WA (formerly the Western Sting) all victorious once.
Of the yearly competition MVPs, only two did not go on to feature in either the then-ANZ Championship or Super Netball series.
The ANC will take place from August 22-28 in Traralgon.
