Cozomo Medici has over 34,000 followers on Twitter & a $17M Ethereum NFT collection. Rapper Snoop Dogg tweeted yesterday (9/20/21) Cozomo Medici is his pseudonymous crypto Twitter personality.
Snoop is already known in the NFT Community, he started making waves earlier this year when he launched his own NFT collection. I’ve seen a few of his NFTs on Crypto.com NFT platform. With NFT drops and collaborations with popular NFT artists; would it be surprising for him to have a very valuable collection of Ethereum NFTs?
What we know about Cozomo de’ Medici is they joined Twitter in August, and has been sharing their NFT journey for weeks. Cozomo’s NFT journey shows their familiar with the culture and is not just holding a lot of expensive popular NFTs.
Cuzomo’s profile picture is estimated at $4.6M. Along with the nine CryptoPunks in their wallet is 10 Meebits NFTs, which was created by CryptoPunks makers Larva Labs. NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) are like deeds for your digital collectible. The fewer NFTs created aka “Dropped” the more scarce that item becomes. NFTs can be anything from a JPEG to a video/audio file and can range from pennies to millions.
Cuzomo isn’t just in it for the NFT’s either, their tweeter page and NFT collection shows their support/love for Ethereum. One of the NFTs in their collection is called Moonshot Bots and they assisted in the development of Ethereum tools. Cuzomo even tweeted about how valuable it is to support Ethereum developers. Since Snoop Dogg’s Cuzomo NFT announcement the wallet addressed for Cozomo has been flooded with odd NFT collectibles.
The Cuzomo tweet wasn’t the only NFT tweet Snoop sent out either. He also retweeted a tweet from NFT investor DCinvestor. Aside from the tweet the only other connection between Cozomo Medici and Snoop Dogg is Cozomo’s wallet contains a Snoop x Nyancat NFT collab. And Snoop Dogg currently has that same NFT as his profile picture.
I wouldn’t expect to hear any more from Snoop Dogg nor Cuzomo regarding their connection. Since Snoop’s tweet Cozomo has since tweeted “Those who do not care, or simply prefer to not know the source of my vast fame and fortune, may simply not research. I will keep this account focused on NFTs, and not mention this again here.”
Very hype to see Snoop Dogg making his NFT moves, and sharing his journey with others to learn/grow as well. I encourage you to learn all you can about NFT, and when your ready start your own NFT journey. You don’t have to already be a millionaire to start your collection either. There are a lot of ways to start…just start.
