Blockchain security firm CertiK raises $24 mn

CertiK, a blockchain security company, announced $24 million in a Series B+ funding round from Tiger Global and GL Ventures.

This funding round complements the launch of Skynet Premium and follows on the heels of the $37 million Series B announced in July, which brought on Coatue Management, Shunwei Capital, and Coinbase Ventures.

CertiK has collectively served over 1300 enterprise clients, protected over $90 billion worth of digital assets, and detected over 23,000 vulnerabilities in blockchain code.

CertiK has utilized its revenues and investor funding to develop advanced security infrastructure, release new product lines in adjacent markets, and prepare its global workforce for scale. With a remote-friendly company culture, CertiK expects its global headcount to triple in the next year, becoming one of the largest employers in the blockchain industry.
