A’s fans can purchase two-seat pod for 100 Dogecoin

OAKLAND, Calif. — The Oakland A’s are once again offering fans the chance to purchase game tickets using cryptocurrency. Fans can purchase a two-seat pod in the Plaza Infield for 100 Dogecoin for the May 3-6 series versus the Toronto Blue Jays at athletics.com/tickets. 

Earlier this year, the A’s made full-season suites available for one Bitcoin, becoming the first MLB team to price a ticket offering in cryptocurrency. 

Current state health guidelines limit general stadium seating to pods of two or four, and suites up to six guests.
